At EVA Eyewear, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30 Days No Questions Asked Returns
We want you to love your eyewear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ve made returns simple and stress-free.
You can return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked. We’ll issue a full refund once we receive the product in its original condition.
We also allow a one-time exchange on frames that are not personalized (engraved) and without prescription lenses (tinted or clear).
Prescription Lenses & Personalized Orders
As each prescription lens is custom-made to your specifications, they are non-refundable.
For frames that have been personalized (e.g., engraving), a 10% restocking fee will be applied upon return to cover customization costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@evaeyewear.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be initiated within 3–7 working days via the original payment method.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Custom-made lenses (e.g., prescription lenses) are non-returnable unless defective or wrongly delivered.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product is received back:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method (Razorpay, UPI, card, etc.)
Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Customized prescription lenses
Used, damaged, or worn frames (unless damaged on arrival)
Orders reported beyond the return window (48 hours)
Return Shipping
If the return is approved:
We will arrange reverse pickup (where available)
In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the product yourself
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may request a return and place a new order.
