1. Products & Services

We offer a curated range of optical frames, sunglasses, and lens upgrades. All product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Wallets).

• EVA Eyewear reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship pan-India through verified courier partners.

• Standard dispatch time: 24–48 hours

• Delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on location

• You’ll receive a tracking link once the product is shipped.

4. Returns & Exchange

• EVA Eyewear accepts returns only for damaged or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Optical lenses are custom-made and are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once processed/shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

• To cancel, email us at support@evaeyewear.in with your order ID.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, product images, logos, and designs on the EVA Eyewear website are the intellectual property of EVA Eyewear. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent or illegal activities

• Interfere with website functionality or security

• Post false information or impersonate someone else

8. Liability Limitation

EVA Eyewear is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Vododara, Gujarat
